Approach
Our approach to compliance with CATSCA and similar regulations includes:
- Verification of direct suppliers to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery
- Audit and monitoring activities aligned with the AGC Group supplier-engagement program
- Supplier certification of compliance with the AGC Group Code of Conduct
- Internal accountability for employees and contractors who fail to meet standards
- Training for employees with direct responsibility for supply-chain management
