About this notice
- This Privacy Notice explains how AGC Electronics America ("AGCEA", "we", "us", "our") collects, shares, and uses any information that, alone or in combination with other information, relates to you ("Personal Data") when you use this website at www.agcem.com (the "Website").
- This Notice also sets out the rights that you have in relation to the Personal Data we process about you and how you can exercise them.

What Personal Data we collect, and why
Currently, the AGCEA website does not automatically collect personal data, other than what visitors choose to manually enter into our contact and inquiry forms. When you submit an inquiry through one of our forms, we collect:
- Your name and email address (required)
- Your company name (required)
- Your phone number (optional)
- The product you are interested in
- The contents of your message
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the products or services you have asked us about.
How we protect your privacy
- Fairness: We process Personal Data fairly. We are transparent about how we process Personal Data and we will process it in accordance with applicable law.
- Purpose limitation: We process Personal Data for specified and lawful purposes, and will not process it in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes.

- Data processors: We may engage third parties to process Personal Data on behalf of AGCEA. We require such data processors to act strictly on our instructions.
