We are AGC Electronics America. Founded in 1997, headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon, in the
Portland metro area and the heart of the largest semiconductor manufacturing cluster on the
US West Coast. Our flagship products, ROICERAM silicon carbide and CES-300/330F CMP slurry,
ship to global semiconductor customers from Hillsboro every week. Open roles span engineering,
manufacturing, technical support, and operations.
We hire engineers, technicians, and operators who want to do precision work on a small team
with a long horizon. The product lines are decades-old, the customers run multi-billion-dollar
fabs, and a single qualification cycle can run six to eighteen months. We pay attention to the
details and we expect the same of people who join us.
